Panther Properties provides you with your own private suite. The suite contains a fully furnished bedroom, bathroom, living room, washer/dryer, and private entrance and exit. All of this is separated from the rest of the property with a locking privacy door.
Modern Property
Built in 2022, you will enjoy full access to the rest of the property minus the owner bedroom/bathroom. This includes a modern kitchen with new GE appliances, great room, backyard firepit and bar area, along with 1 garage parking spot. We are 5 minutes from Luke AFB and 10 minutes to the Westgate Entertainment District.
Military/DTS Experience
Panther Properties understands the TDY Finance process and provides all required paperwork/receipts to make the voucher process as simple as possible. Additionally renters can expect a monthly $500 stipend to encourage a positive TDY experience.
